2 Weeks Away

I’ve been away for the past 2 weeks doing some work/vacationing. The main purpose for the trip was to raise some funds for Youth Unlimited ($4000 to be exact). I had a great time away. While I was working, I still got some time to just have fun with Shawn and some other peeps. I got to go to the pheonix dinner theatre and see “Flower Power II” which was written by my good friend Steven Smith (if your in that area, I strongly suggest you go see it, it was AWESOME)

I took lots of pictures of the Saint John area, which of course has some amazing architecture… it was pretty cold, so I didn’t stay our for to long but I did get some great shots.

The Things Guys Do

I firmly believe that every guy at some time during his shaving career tries something very odd. Even though it is the stupidest looking thing in the world, every guy breaks out the trimmer and does, yes, thats right, the hulk hogan handle bar!!! Well today, after a rather annoying day at work (some things just weren’t coming together as planned and now I’m quite stressed) I decided to have some fun to help myself relax…. here it is folks, just for you!!!

So today I did a bunch of office work and when I got home I decided to have a little fun. I’ve always been fascinated by stop motion video. For those who are unfamiliar with stop motion, think about the show Gumby and Pokey… thats stop motion… its when you make a movie using pictures… it takes a lot of pictures to make a movie…. this particular video is only 12 seconds long, but it took 72 images… not to bad for a first attempt if i can say so myself.

My New Toy

this was given to me by a guy from our church, picked it up today.. will be a winter project to get it on the road… nothing major wrong, just needs a new battery and and has a leak in the oil tank…

Its a 1980 honda cx 500 custom with 61,000 k’s
